A Legacy Born from Love — and a Little Salt Air

Langley & Stone didn't start with a business plan. It started with a place that felt like home.

In 2017, a brother and sister stumbled onto something special on Hilton Head Island — a villa tucked inside the gates of Shipyard Plantation, just steps from the beach. They saw what it could be, and they made it theirs. What began as a family investment grew into something far more meaningful: a gathering place, a retreat, and over the years, a true labor of love.

Fast forward to late 2025, and that love became concrete — or rather, coastal shiplap, fresh tile, and breezy open spaces. After a full top-to-bottom renovation, Lazy Daze Villa emerged as the sun-soaked, beautifully reimagined escape it was always meant to be.

For the owners, Hilton Head isn't just a destination — it's their happy place. 

They return multiple times a year, and every visit reminds them why they fell for this little corner of the Lowcountry in the first place. The slower pace. The palmetto-lined paths. The feeling that the rest of the world can wait.
